Cast announced for Funeral for My Boobs autobiographical musical performing at Òran Mór
A Play, A Pie and A Pint has announced the cast for Funeral for My Boobs, in association with Drive Official, performing this May in Glasgow, Ayr and Edinburgh.
Written by and starring Hannah Howie, based on her experience of having had a double mastectomy, this new cabaret-style musical invites audiences to a funeral like no other as Howie prepares to say a fond farewell to her breasts with songs, humour, and loads of confetti.
Joining Howie in the cast are Kirsty Malone and Martin Murphy, who will play the all-singing, all-dancing boobs in this uplifting production directed by Chris Stuart Wilson, with set and costume design by Heather Grace Currie, and musical direction by Stuart Fleming.
Funeral for My Boobs will have its premiere at Òran Mór, Glasgow from 4-9 May, followed by a short Scottish tour at The Gaiety, Ayr (14-16 May) and Assembly Roxy, Edinburgh (20-24 May), as part of A Play, A Pie and A Pint’s Spring 2026 season.
