BLACKWIRE Producing present their debut work Semi-Skimmed

Semi-Skimmed is the debut work of BLACKWIRE Producing. It is a play about escaping your wee town at any cost, whether that means leaving under the excuse of university, or through something far darker and more supernatural.

Written and Directed by Cormac Myles (Under The Skin, The Ballad of Sonia The Skunk), the play will transform the Airdrie Arts Centre into a forgotten field in the middle of Falkirk with a questionable herd of cows.

The play hosts a stellar cast and crew of emerging Scottish talented including Evan Elliott, Rebecca Conway, Kady Smith and Assistant Directors Lex Madden and Caytlin Brunton.

This play takes us to the places where no one can hear you scream, where a dark and villainous cloud shadows your tent, and where the chill in the air is sharper than usual.

It plays at Airdrie Arts Centre’s main space on April 17th and 18th.
