Doon the Watter Returns with Scottish Tour

PACE Theatre Company has announced the return of its seaside adventure for little ones aged 0-5, as it tours Scotland this October.  Doon the Watter is a heart-warming celebration of nature, storytelling, and the joy of adventure.

From the team that created The House-Proud Mouse and Aunt Alma’s Attic, Doon the Watter is written and directed by Lyndsey Graham, and developed in collaboration with Eleanor Farrelly and Iona Ramsay. The production will feature original music by Alan Orr with lyrics by Iona Ramsay.

Join two sisters as they set off and go on an exciting trip ‘doon the watter’ to their favourite island! With the salty sea breeze in their hair and the gentle waves carrying them along, they fill the journey with stories of magical mermaids, soaring seabirds, and mischievous seal pups who love to play tricks.

Doon the Watter is performed by Amy Gallagher (There’s No Room in Our Bathroom for Lewis Capaldi, PACE Theatre  Company; My Shrinking Life, National Theatre of Scotland; and Loch Ness, BBC Radio Drama) and Iona Ramsay (The House-Proud Mouse and Aunt Alma’s Attic, PACE Theatre Company).

Expect plenty of giggles, splashes, and surprises.
