WHAT’S ON DECEMBER: Scottish Youth Theatre Announce 2017 festive production

After last years record-breaking festive show Starlight Starbright, Scottish Youth Theatre have announced their 2017 performance – Tommy and the Snowbird.

The story begins with Tommy, who is stuck at home with the chicken pox! His only companion is the snowbird he built in the garden before he got sick. If only the snowbird was real so Tommy could have a friend to play with!

But that could never happen…or could it? After all Christmas is the time when wishes can come true!

The show will be directed by Scottish Youth Theatre’s Artistic Director, Mary McCluskey who states

“As the show is aimed at an early years audience, it’s not your sit down and sit still show. It will be interactive with the children joining in and engaging with the performers throughout”.

Tommy and the Snowbird will feature songs, theatre and plenty of festive magic, so bring your little ones to Scottish Youth Theatre this December and join Tommy and his Snowbird on their magical adventure.

Tommy and the Snowbird is performed at Scottish Youth Theatre, The Old Sheriff Court, 105 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF

Directed by Mary McCluskey

Performances run on selected days and times 2 – 30 December and ticket prices start at £6
